How long will my order take?
Standard production is 3–5 business days from proof approval. Rush is 1–2 business days (+45%) from proof approval, then it ships. Rush doesn't include faster shipping. Shipping time is added on top. See our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates.
How do I get rush production?
In your cart, choose Rush under "Production time." The rush fee is 45% of your sticker subtotal and shows up as its own line. Every order still needs your proof approval before we print, rush included.
Do I get a proof?
Yes. A proof is part of every order before we print, rush included, and nothing goes to production until you approve it. [TBD: how proofs are sent and approved once the proofing app is chosen]
Is shipping free?
USPS Ground Advantage is $7.99, or free on U.S. orders of $100 or more. Need it faster? UPS 2nd Day is $25 and UPS Next Day is $65. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only.
What's the difference between die cut and kiss cut?
Die cut stickers are cut through the vinyl and the backing, so the whole sticker is your shape. Kiss cut stickers are cut through the vinyl only, so your design peels off a backing that stays square around it.
Matte or gloss?
Matte has a smooth, flat, low-glare look. Gloss is shiny and makes colors pop. Same price either way.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Our vinyl stickers are built to handle rain, sun, and everyday wear. [TBD: confirm material specs and dishwasher-safe claims]
Can I order more than one design?
Yes. Add each design to your cart separately with its own size and quantity.
What file should I send?
Vector files are best, but high-res PNGs and JPGs work too. Check out our Artwork Guidelines for the details.
