We stand behind every sticker we make. If we mess it up, we make it right.
Custom means final
Every order is printed from your artwork and the specs you approve, so we can't take returns or give refunds on custom products once production starts. [TBD: confirm refund terms]
Check your proof carefully
Before you approve your proof, give these a close look: artwork, spelling, size, quantity, material and finish, and colors and layout. Once you approve and we start printing, changes and cancellations aren't possible, and we can't cover mistakes that were in the approved artwork.
About color
Screens, lighting, and printing all show color a little differently, so small color shifts from what you see on screen are normal and aren't considered defects. We also can't promise an exact match to past orders or to stickers from other shops.
Got a defect? We'll reprint it
If your order arrives with a printing or production problem, contact us within [TBD] hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A quick description of the problem
- Clear photos showing it
If it's our error, we'll reprint the affected stickers free. Fixes are handled with a reprint, not a refund. [TBD: confirm reprint-not-refund]
Covered: printing errors made during production, the wrong material, major cutting errors, and damage that happened while we made it.
Not covered: small color differences, issues in artwork you approved, ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, comparisons with other printers, and tiny shifts that are normal in printing.

Shipping issues
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in the carrier's hands. Lost packages, carrier delays, weather, and wrong addresses entered at checkout aren't covered by this guarantee. [TBD: confirm, since the Shipping page says we'll help work with the carrier]
Design work
